To affirm its concern for environmental sustainability, Motherland Ventures takes pride in the fact that its brand is associated with ‘green’. The Company ensures plantation on a continuous basis in and around all locations.
GREEN BUILDINGS
Energy conservation measures are incorporated in building designs, while construction waste is either reused or handed over to appropriate agencies. Due to roof insulation, wall insulation and energy efficient glass, our buildings maintain thermal conductivity and have less heat penetration. Almost all our residential projects are in the midst of greenery and integrate rain water harvesting, plantation drives, sewerage treatment plants and solar power panels.
TREE PLANTATION DRIVE
Motherland Ventures not only provides adequate green cover within its project premises but also carries out numerous tree plantation drives in and around its project premises. We endeavor to create an environment most suitable for our residents both with respect to large green open spaces and with the adoption of technologies that help reduce environmental pollution.
LABOUR WELFARE AND TRAINING
The company provides a safe and hygienic environment for construction workers and their families. Workers at our various construction sites are provided with training on health and safety issues. Unskilled and semi-skilled people residing around project sites are provided training, following
which they are appointed as gardeners, security guards, electricians, etc., thus helping them to earn a livelihood and improve their quality of life.
